We keep things small and flat, communicate directly, iterate fast, and stay sharp about priorities, with ideas moving freely between people and teams.

Part of our core team is based in Brno, with some of us working from all over. In-person onboarding helps you start well connected. Beyond that, location is flexible, on-site or EU preferred, with hybrid or remote possible depending on the person.

The best argument wins
Ideas don't need a sponsor or a committee, and titles don't decide who is right. If you can make the case, you get to try it.
We learn fast
Markets tell you quickly whether you were correct, which keeps us honest. We would rather test something and learn than debate it for a month, and being wrong early is treated as information, not failure.
